Miss Maddness is committed to providing you with the best possible service. Looking for a specific product, or curious to learn more about us? Here you’ll find a list of our most common questions, but if you have any additional ones, contact us and we’ll gladly answer any of your beauty related inquiries.

What are the processing and shipping times?

The average processing time for your order is 1-2 business days and shipping time is 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. If you experience any delays once your items has already shipped, please reach out to the shipping carrier (USPS). 

Can I Return or Exchange my Item?

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, all sales are final. If your item arrived damaged via transit, please send an email to missmaddness@gmail.com with photos of the item within 24 hours of receiving the item.

What ingredients are used to make the products?

Each of the products have their own combination of ingredients. You can find the ingredients to each of the products on the individual product page. However, all of Miss Maddness' products are gluten free, cruelty free and vegan.

Where are the products made?

All of Miss Maddness' products are made and manufactured in the USA.
